At busy times of the year, this may take a little longer. Please check for updates on the status of your loan in the Members Area.
Please Note: We are only able to update the status of your Loan application during our working hours, Monday – Friday: 9.30 am – 4 pm.
Our loan officers will consider the information you have provided and look at:
- Can you afford the repayments?
- Have you had any problems paying other creditors recently?
- Have you got old debts that you are not addressing?
Our Loan officers may ask you for additional information, for example; evidence of your income & expenditure. Please look out for an email from our loan officer asking for your Bank Statements to support your Loan application.
You can share your bank statements with our Loan officers through our trusted and regulated partner, Consents.Online. Please follow the link above to provide us with read-only access to your bank statements. You will need your online banking details. If you have accounts with more than one bank, please grant access to all. We cannot change anything at your bank, and you will be fully in control and can withdraw permission at any time.
FAQ
If you sign the agreement by 3pm and the repayments are the same, we will release your loan by 5pm the same working day.
