Find out more about our Members’ Area, how to set it up, and what you can do!

How Do I?

Click on the “RESET YOUR PIN” link, and enter your membership number and email address.
Log into your emails, and sign into the membership area with your new PIN.
You can change the PIN to a more memorable number in the Members Area.
Please enter the email address you use for ESLCU. We will send you the PIN from office@eslcu.co.uk
Click on INSTALL THIS APP
It will then give you instructions to add it to your Home Screen as a bookmark link, so you can access the Members Area just like an App.
Click on the Loan Application button on the right-hand side, and complete the form.
You can check on the status of your Loan application, and check if you need to do anything to support your application.
Please Note: We are only able to update the status of Loan Applications during our working hours, Monday – Friday 9.30 am – 4 pm.
Call us on 03336 000690 to update your email address. We will then send you a link to verify your email address. Once your new email address is verified you can then click on “RESET YOUR PIN” and the new PIN to log into the members area will be emailed to you.
Call us on 03336 000690 to ask us to email you to verify your email address.
Click on “Transfer” and move how much you want to your bank account.
Please Note: Transfers are processed every two hours, during our working hours.
Call us on 03336 000690 to go through additional security. We will then confirm your membership number and verify your email address.
