Please contact Child Benefit to get your Child Benefit paid into your Credit Union account. We will release your Loan on the same working day your First Child Benefit comes into your Credit Union account. 

If your Child Benefit still comes into your Credit Union account, we will release your loan by 5pm, if you have signed it before 2pm. If you sign it later than 2pm, we will release it the next working day by 11.30am. 

Please ensure you have followed the link on the email or loan agreement to set up your Direct Debit. We will release your loan by 5pm, the same working day we receive confirmation the Direct Debit is set up. If you have signed the loan agreement before 2pm. If you sign it later than 2pm, we will release it the next working day by 11.30am.  

If your loan repayments are staying the same, we will release your loan agreement by 5pm, if you sign by 2pm. If you sign your loan agreement after 2pm, we will release your loan the next working day.
