Thank you for signing your agreement using our e-signature software.

What happens next?

There is no need to call us. If you signed a loan agreement we will now prepare your loan payment ready to send to your bank account. If there are any problems with your document we will contact you on the mobile number you have provided.

When will you receive the funds?

If you are already making payments to your account and if you have signed before 3pm on any working day, you should receive the funds into your bank account at around 5pm the same day. The funds will be sent by the end of the following working day if you have signed after 3pm. Working days are Monday to Friday, but do not include bank holidays.

If you have been asked to set up a new standing order or to direct Child Benefit payments to your credit union account. We will issue your loan once we have received your first Standing order or Child Benefit payment. The first payment will go straight to your share account and is available for withdrawal.
