Annual General Meeting 2020 – Update

This is an update on our AGM 2020.
We are sorry we were unable to go ahead with the Annual General meeting on Monday 16th March 2020.
The credit union thought it unwise to proceed in the light of the latest advice from the government. It was therefore impossible to secure a quorum for the meeting.
Our rules allow the credit union to reconvene the meeting within 30 days, and we are looking at how we might hold a meeting with remote participants.
